Holiday Ceylon Tour Operators (Private) Limited is a Company duly registered in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 under No. PV 72592 and having its Registered Office at at No. 99, St' Anthony's Road, Negombo, Sri Lanka. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Travel Insurance

You agree with tour booking, that it is your responsibility to take a holiday insurance policy (these could be organized in the respective country, prior to commencement of travel). Holiday Ceylon Tour Operators (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any insurance claim in any emergency

Rates

All rates are quoted in US Dollar ($), or in equivalent currency. For other currency it may valid only for current exchange rate on booking day. All rates are including value added tax and service charges. Rates are per person, sharing twin/ double basis for package tours (a supplement for single room is applicable), other than extra service or need from tour package, it will your responsibility for make the payment before you obtain it. Rates do not Include International airfare.
Any extended of packages will make extra payment from you and it is your responsibility makes full payment before confirm the extended services or days.
Rates are based on current exchange value and are subjected to change without prior notice due to fluctuations of exchange rates and increase in taxes. Published rates therefore may vary and are guaranteed only at the time of booking.

Other charges

Airfare, Airport taxes, airport transfers (unless indicated in individual tour descriptions), cost of visas or other documentation, personal holiday insurance, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, telephone or communication charges or any item of a personal nature.
We are accommodate you where the hotels, villas or campsites we mentioned on the itinerary. In any circumstances if we unable to book your accommodation as we show on itinerary then we suggest you similar one without any changes of your trip/tour. If you would not satisfy with our suggestion we will cancel your whole tour/package booking.

Air ticket changes
If you will need change your return ticket, in that case Holiday Ceylon Tour Operators (Pvt) Ltd will help and guide you to do it. But any extra charges have to pay by you. It is not our responsibility for directly deal with airlines.

Cancellation

You must accept our cancellation procedure when you reserve the tour package. You or your tour agent must be written us to about your cancellation. We start commence the cancellation after received your note. We are charge for the cancellation and it may vary about the date which is we received your note prior to start the tour. You have to make the cancellation before 7 days of your propose date of hotel check in. We do the cancellation without any charges. If you are unable to make the cancellation before 7 days, then you have to pay 50% of hotel reservation cost.
